House of Mastery, the Finisher monogram, by Dr. Job Mogire House of Mastery™

How long will you be a bystander in your own life?

Your children, your parents, your staff, the sister who calls when money runs short: everyone is on your list. So why is it normal to serve everyone else for years, but you are not on your own list?

Put yourself back on your own list, without taking anyone off your list. There are fifty places, and the places open once a year.

Is this you?

  • You keep everyone's promises except your own.
  • You say "I'm fine" so often that everyone believes you.
  • Their lists get done. Your list gets rewritten every January.
  • Everyone depends on you, and nobody asks how you are.
  • Your own things wait: the business, the degree, the house still on its slab.
  • You can name the year you were unstoppable, and you miss the woman you were.

An unfinished promise to yourself is not proof that something is wrong with you. You have simply never been on your own list.

Answer these questions honestly

  • When did someone last ask how you are, and wait for the real answer?
  • Whose promises did you keep this year? Which of your own promises did you break?
  • If you went down tomorrow, who would carry what you carry?
  • How many more years will your own life wait?

You do not have to say your answers out loud. You only have to hear your answers.

Why a cardiologist is asking

My auntie Hannah sacrificed for everyone. She raised a family, built a business and was in church every week.

Her high blood pressure was never diagnosed. Later came an irregular heartbeat, then a stroke that took her speech and her walk.

From complete independence, to dependence, to gone.

The last five years of her life were her worst five years. In the end she bore pain beyond words, until her last moment.

I am a cardiologist. I practised medicine in Kenya for eight years before I trained in America, and I still feel the pain she lived with. That pain is why I speak to you directly: so that the woman who serves everyone is on her own list too.

Momentum90 is not a health program. Momentum90 does not treat, prevent or screen for anything.

What ninety days can change

Day 30
You notice you are keeping your word to yourself again, and thirty dated steps prove you are keeping your word.
Day 60
The thing that waited for years is moving. You have stopped waiting for a better time.
Day 90
You hold a record of ninety days on your own list, and you walk into the new year already moving.

Momentum90 opens only once a year, for fifty people.

In their words

I feel like I am living now... I am not surviving anymore.
A participant from an earlier group, on camera
I had the ability and the list. What I did not have was the structure to finish what I started.
Wanjiku, engineer
I was able to work fine, but I was in a daze for almost 20 years.
A participant from an earlier group, on camera
The limitation was not in my ability; it was in how I was organising my effort.
Ruth, radiologist

Are you tired of putting yourself last?

  • You are tired of putting yourself last.
  • You are tired of starting the same thing again every January.
  • You are ready to put yourself back on your own list.
  • You are ready to invest in yourself the way you invest in everyone else.

Then joining Momentum90 is the right decision for you.

Momentum90 is not for you if

  • You want someone else to do the work for you.
  • You want a quick fix.
  • You do not want to be asked how you really are.

Your investment

Price
KES 45,000, one price. By M-Pesa to 0722 707 140 (Gladys Muhunyo) or by card.
Your fee back
Keep your record for thirty days. Each day gets a line: the step you took, or what happened instead. Take a step on at least twenty-four of the thirty. If nothing in your own life has moved, write to mail@mogire.com, and we return your fee in full.
Once a year
Momentum90 opens once a year, because I practise cardiology the rest of the year. Fifty places, and applications close when the places fill, or on 2 November.

There comes a day you say one word. Enough.

  • Enough. It is time to take care of me too.
  • I have waited enough. My life cannot wait any longer.
  • I am not abandoning my people. I am no longer serving only my people at my own expense.
  • I am returning to my life too, while I keep serving the people I love.
  • I can no longer afford to be a bystander in my own life.

If you just said enough, write the word down in the application below.
