The day takes the morning you promised yourself.
You meant to start with the thing that matters. Then the phone, the family, the first meeting, and by nine the day is spent and the promise is not. Nothing you promise yourself is kept unless the promise is kept daily. The Daily Reset is thirty minutes, four mornings a week, live, where the day gets named before the day gets spent, so the promise gets kept.

One session, three rooms
The session is live on Zoom, so the session is available everywhere House of Mastery serves. In Nairobi the session is also a physical room: invited members gather at the office and take the session together. Across Africa, local circles do the same, meeting in person to attend as a group. Same hour, same work, one institution. In the Nairobi room, in a circle in another city, or alone on a screen in the diaspora, you are in the session.
The Daily Reset is not sold on its own. The Daily Reset is a component of House of Mastery programs; members carry the Daily Reset as their daily floor while the covenant work happens above the floor.

Deep Dive Friday
Every Friday, the rhythm changes register: one hour, one subject, taken to depth. Deep Dive Friday is an intensive House of Mastery masterclass, held live in the KOORA room.
