Most weeks are decided by Wednesday, by whatever arrived loudest.

Your week gets decided before you decide.

By Friday everyone else's work is done. Your own work is still where you left your own work on Sunday.

Every Sunday night, join people who are done putting themselves last. Plan the week around what is yours, then come back and say what moved.

You finish everyone’s work except your own. Find where your week breaks.

The Jipange Scan finds where your week breaks and gives you one move to make next. The Scan is free. A FINISH 2026 seat adds the detailed report: what to start this week and what to watch for, in your own words.

Structure protects your attention.

The mind moves quickly toward urgency, novelty, and whatever is loudest. When the week has no structure, important work must compete for attention every day.

The work that wins is the work someone is waiting for. Your own work has nobody waiting, so your own work loses quietly, every week. Jipange Sunday gives your own work what the rest of your week already has: a date, a name, and someone who asks.

Many things start the pattern. The pattern survives when your work has no structure. Keep your explanation. This page is about what finishes the pattern.

What happens in the hour.

Bring one important piece of work. The room follows three steps.

Choose the work.

Name the one thing that deserves movement this week. A business, qualification, manuscript, decision, or difficult conversation.

Give the work a place.

Put the next moves into the week while you are in the room. Leave knowing what happens first and when.

Return and report.

Come back next Sunday and say what moved. The return is the part that works. Your own work finally has a date, a name, and someone who asks, once a week.

The promise does not have to sit with you alone.

Your own work stalls because nobody knows your own work is due. At Jipange Sunday, a room of people does, and nobody is there to judge you.

  • State the work clearly. People in the live room hear what you chose.
  • Keep the work visible. The WhatsApp group supports the work without turning your phone into another noisy room.
  • Return honestly. You are not asked to perform. You are asked to say what moved.

Plan your week every Sunday and by December your year looks different. The pattern stopped deciding your week. You did.

A working room, not an audience.

People arrive with real work, write real next steps, and come back with a truthful update.
