You are still in the same place, with the same plans.

You start strong. Then you take a break, and starting again feels harder every time.

You finish what is waited for. Nobody waits for your own work. So your own work stays where you left off, year after year.

If that is you, joining Momentum90 is the right decision. Why? Momentum90 gives your own work a date, a name, and someone who asks. Every weekday morning you take one small step with the same group, and someone asks how the step went. Ninety days later, the people around you notice you kept going. So do you.

You do not need more belief.

Malengo ya mwaka: the year's goals. You choose the goals in January. By March the goals have stopped, and you quietly decide the problem is you. The problem is not you. Nobody was waiting for the plan.

Momentum90 starts with one small step, written down. Each week you read what you wrote and take the next step. Belief comes from that record. You do not have to talk yourself into belief.

Momentum90 is for the person who delivers for everyone else and stalls on their own work. You get a clear order of steps, a weekly rhythm, and a group of people who keep the record with you.

Many things start the pattern. The pattern survives when your work has no structure. Keep your explanation. This page is about what finishes the pattern.

It is like meeting someone who shows you the cause of all your problems, and then takes you to a mirror.

Want to know where you are stuck? The Momentum Diagnostic takes ten minutes. The Momentum Diagnostic shows which of five things is holding you back, and where you start.

How momentum builds

You start with one thing you choose. As the one thing moves, other parts of your life start to move too. Momentum builds in five stages, in this order, and each stage leads to the next.

Start anyway.

inertia to action

You take the first step before you feel ready, and you write down that you took the step.

Decide anyway.

confusion to clarity

Once you are moving, you can see what matters. You choose what gets your time, and what you say no to.

Show up anyway.

inconsistency to systems

You meet the cohort at the same hour every weekday morning, so one bad week does not have to stop everything.

Face the fear anyway.

avoidance to courage

You make the call, the ask or the decision you have been avoiding. Then someone asks how the call, the ask or the decision went.

Count every step anyway.

doubt to results

Some steps feel too small to matter. You write each step down anyway. Seeing the steps add up is how you learn to trust yourself.

Together, the five stages give you one more thing: belief in yourself, because you can see the record.

I struggled with procrastination for years. House of Mastery gave me a structure that works even when motivation fails. I finally stopped waiting for January.

House of Mastery helped me focus on what is important and shed everything else.

How Momentum90 runs

Momentum90 is a group first and a course second. Fifty people meet at the same hour every weekday morning and ask each other what got done. Doing the work together is what keeps each person going.

Daily. One small step you name in advance, small enough for a busy day.

Weekday mornings. Live at 5am East Africa time: First Move, thirty minutes Monday to Thursday, and the one-hour Momentum Deep Dive on Friday. Monday and Friday are shown again at 8pm the same day, and every session is recorded.

Weekly reading. A four-minute check-in on the five stages, which the whole group takes in the same week.

Receipts Ledger. A dated record of what you moved, built, faced, and finished.

Your check-in scores you by your weakest stage, not your average. An average can hide the place where you are most stuck.

What you leave with: ninety days of steps, each step dated, and proof that your life can move again. If you drift, the weekly check-in shows the drift within a week. The Receipts Ledger keeps the record, and the group are people who saw the work happen.

My fear was not about me. It was about what I would pass to my children if I never finished anything. That fear had kept me stalled for years. The program gave me a different relationship with my patterns. I stopped identifying with the stall and started identifying with the work.
Esther, writer

Want something shorter? Three of the stages also run on their own for thirty days: Action, Vision, and Motion.

Receipts from people who started where you are

Four people who did the work, in their own words.

I knew what I was capable of and could not get there. The diagnosis I had given myself was wrong. The limitation was not in my ability; it was in how I was organising my effort. The framework reordered my approach. Within sixty days I was moving on things I had been describing for two years.
Ruth, radiologist
I had been at the same ceiling for three years. I could name it but could not move it. What I was missing was the understanding of why consistent effort was not producing consistent results. The systems the program gave me answered that. I have not hit the same ceiling since.
Nicole, programs director
I had the ability and the list. What I did not have was the structure to finish what I started. House of Mastery gave me the language for why, and then the architecture to change it. The gap between knowing and doing turned out to have a specific address. I found it on week three.
Wanjiku, engineer
I was comparing my position to everyone around me and losing the comparison daily. It was not ambition. It was noise. The program gave me one question that mattered: what is mine to do, and am I doing it? That question replaced the comparison. It has not come back.
Abdulrazak, medical officer

The November group will write the next receipts.

2 November 2026 to 30 January 2027

Ninety days, online and live, with only fifty people, who start and finish together. The November cohort is the only cohort that runs across New Year. The next cohort starts late in 2027.

KES 45,000, one price. Pay by M-Pesa to 0722 707 140 (Gladys Muhunyo) or by card.

Thirty days of receipts. Then decide.

Keep your record for thirty days. Every day gets a line in the Receipts Ledger: the step you took, or what happened instead. Take a step on at least twenty-four of the thirty. If on day thirty nothing in your own life has moved, write to mail@mogire.com and we return your fee in full. The receipts are the evidence, for you and for us.

Momentum90 gives you ninety days of steps taken with others, and a written record of what changed. If you want deeper work after the ninety days, across the six covenants, the next step is KOORA: The Finisher Protocol.

Questions, answered straight

When does Momentum90 run?

The November cohort runs ninety days, from Monday 2 November 2026 to Saturday 30 January 2027, fully online. One cohort moves together from the first day to the ninetieth.

How much does Momentum90 cost?

KES 45,000, one price for everyone, whenever you join. Pay by M-Pesa to 0722 707 140 (Gladys Muhunyo) or by card.

What if Momentum90 does not work for me?

Keep your record for thirty days. Every day gets a line in the Receipts Ledger: the step you took, or what happened instead. Take a step on at least twenty-four of the thirty. If on day thirty nothing in your own life has moved, write to mail@mogire.com and we return your fee in full.

Does my place include FINISH 2026?

No. FINISH 2026 is a separate morning, on Saturday 31 October at Daystar University, Nairobi, two days before Day 1. Come to both if you can, and bring two friends. Seats are sold on the FINISH page, and when they go, FINISH 2026 closes.

What does the program ask of me each day?

Every day carries one defined move. Every weekday at 5am East Africa time the cohort meets live. First Move runs Monday to Thursday, thirty minutes: Monday opens the week, and Tuesday to Thursday each person is asked by name how the step went. Friday is the Momentum Deep Dive, one hour with Dr. Mogire. The Monday opening and the Friday Deep Dive are shown again at 8pm East Africa time the same day, and every other session is recorded for members on YouTube. The structure is built so progress stops depending on willpower.

How is Momentum90 different from KOORA?

Momentum90 is the ninety-day intensive that moves you from stuck to moving, built on the Five Transformations. KOORA: The Finisher Protocol is the 180-day covenant program for deeper work across six territories. Many people run Momentum90 first, then step into KOORA.

Who is Momentum90 for?

Professionals caught in the start-stop cycle: serious people who begin every year with real resolve and lose that resolve by February. The program runs November through January, so you enter the new year already moving, with ninety days of receipts to show you are moving.

How do I keep the momentum after day ninety?

You keep momentum the same way you built momentum. Your own work needs a date, a name, and someone who asks. For ninety days the cohort gives you a date, a name, and someone who asks. You leave with your Receipts Ledger and your weekly readings, so you can see the week your work turned. When doubt returns, you read the record and see the proof.

How much time does Momentum90 take each week?

A few minutes a day for your step, thirty minutes of First Move Monday to Thursday, the one-hour Momentum Deep Dive on Friday, and the four-minute weekly reading. The daily moves are deliberately small; the program is built for people with full lives, not around them.

I have started programs before and not finished them. Why would Momentum90 be different?

That pattern is exactly what Momentum90 is built for. You get an order that works, a cohort that collects the evidence with you, and a dated Receipts Ledger showing what moved. The structure holds your progress, so you do not have to hold your progress on willpower.

What if I fall behind?

A missed day still gets its line in the Receipts Ledger: the date, and what happened. You do not start over. The next day you take the next step, and at First Move you are asked what happened before you could start. Every session is recorded, and you rejoin at the current week. The cohort is still there when you return.

Do I need to take the Momentum Diagnostic before enrolling?

No. Week one of the program includes the Momentum Diagnostic, and you take the diagnostic again every week after that. Taking the diagnostic first tells you where you are most stuck, and which stage you start with.

Is Momentum90 coaching or therapy?

Neither. Momentum90 is a structured program with teaching, measurement and a cohort. Where care is needed, Momentum90 belongs alongside care rather than in place of care.

When are the live sessions?

Every weekday at 5am East Africa time, online. First Move runs Monday to Thursday, thirty minutes each, and Friday is the Momentum Deep Dive, one hour with Dr. Mogire. The Monday opening and the Friday Deep Dive are shown again at 8pm East Africa time the same day. Every other session is recorded and posted on YouTube for members.

Can my employer pay, or can I get an invoice?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the paperwork.

What happens when the ninety days end?

You compare your last check-in with your first. The check-ins in between show the week things turned. The Receipts Ledger goes home with you. And if the evidence has earned you an appetite for deeper work, KOORA, the 180-day flagship, is the next door.

You cannot trust momentum you have not built.

Finish anyway.

Your own work starts moving on 2 November.
