Five sessions · Live on Zoom · July to November 2026

You decided months ago. Nothing moved.

You decided, and you meant it. Then the decision sat untouched. Each week the decision got harder to pick up. A decision made is not a commitment held, and a commitment held is not a resolution kept. DCR is five live sessions that install the difference, so what you decided gets done.

You cannot break a pattern you have not named.
You cannot wield a No you have not named.
You cannot claim a self you have not named.

How DCR works

Most stuck things were never decided. The stuck things were discussed and deferred. DCR separates the decision from the discussion. DCR gives the commitment a date and someone who will ask about the commitment, and turns resolution from a feeling into a reviewed, scheduled discipline.

DCR is the same finishing architecture inside everything House of Mastery builds. The Boardroom installs DCR as an operating discipline for teams. The covenants of KOORA carry DCR through 180 days for the individual. The masterclass series teaches the framework itself, live and in the open. KES 4,000 per session. Pay by M-Pesa to 0722 707 140 (Gladys Muhunyo).

The masterclass series

Five sessions: the first Thursday of each month, July through October 2026, with a physical finale on Wednesday 4 November in Nairobi, in person by invitation and live on Zoom for everyone. Each session stands on its own; together the five sessions build the full discipline. Attend one session or attend all five.

July 2, 2026

Session 1 · Thursday

The Decision That Never Got Made

Most stuck things were never actually decided. The stuck things were discussed, deferred, and dressed as decisions. Session one separates decisions from discussions.

August 6, 2026

Session 2 · Thursday

The Commitment Without a Witness

A commitment no one can ask you about is a wish. This session installs someone who asks what moved, on a date. Someone who asks on a date turns intention into obligation.

September 3, 2026

Session 3 · Thursday

The Resolve to Resolve

Deciding is a moment. Committing is a structure. Resolving is a discipline. Why the gaps between deciding, committing and resolving are where most ambition quietly dies, and how to close the gaps.

October 1, 2026

Session 4 · Thursday

The Open Loop Audit

A working method for naming every unresolved decision you are carrying, then closing or killing each decision. Bring your real list.

November 4, 2026

Session 5 · Wednesday

The Finisher’s Operating System

DCR as a standing practice, not a one-time push. The physical finale, Wednesday morning in Nairobi: in person by invitation, live on Zoom for everyone. The series closes by making the framework yours.

Decide one thing. Then resolve the one thing in the open.

The five false scorecards

Each session of the series confronts a scorecard leaders are winning on while the real work stalls. One essay per session, in order.

The masterclass, answered

What is the DCR Masterclass?

A five-session public masterclass on the DCR framework: Decide, Commit, Resolve. The House of Mastery method for closing what stays open: live, taught in the open, one session per month.

When are the sessions?

The first Thursday of each month, July through October 2026, live on Zoom, with the physical finale on Wednesday 4 November 2026 in Nairobi: in person by invitation, livestreamed for ticket holders.

How much does the DCR Masterclass cost?

KES 4,000 per session. Pay by M-Pesa to 0722 707 140 (Gladys Muhunyo) or reserve at houseofmastery.co/pay.

Do I need to attend all five sessions?

Each session stands on its own and tickets are per session, but the five sessions build one operating system: the leaders who take all five leave with the full framework installed.

Who is the masterclass for?

Leaders and professionals who recognize themselves in the five false scorecards: activity as progress, busyness as proof, endurance as virtue, reach as relationship, optics as outcomes. Organizations wanting the framework installed across a leadership team should look at the boardroom track.
