A free session on Zoom, Thursdays at 8pm East Africa time. Cameras are optional and first names are enough.

Your plan stalled before the plan was finished.

Bring the one thing you started and stopped. See where the work stalled, and learn how to keep moving until one chosen thing is finished before the year turns. Your host is Dr. Job Mogire, a cardiologist. He is not a motivational speaker.

Your link arrives by email and WhatsApp. You are not added to any group without your yes.

What you will leave with

Where your plan stalled and what stopped you from returning to your plan. You will see what the work needs next. The work does not need more motivation.

The five ways a plan stalls, in the order the stalls happen, using the image every Kenyan already knows: the unfinished house.

A method to finish one thing between 2 November and 30 January. One thing, not ten.

The story of a doctor who slept in a grass-thatched hut until April 2015, and the ninety days that changed his life. The part the viral post left out.

Who the Thursday session is for

You have a plan from January you have not looked at since March.

People think your life is sorted. You know which parts are not.

You have bought a course, joined a challenge, or read the book, and finished none of the three.

You are done with advice. You want a mechanism and a room.

Who the Thursday session is not for

The Thursday session is not for anyone looking for motivation. There is no motivation here. There are receipts.

The Thursday session is not for anyone with ten things to finish. We will make you choose one thing, and you will not like choosing.

About Job

Dr. Job Mogire is a cardiologist and internist in central Illinois and founder of House of Mastery. He is from Sengera, Kisii. He practiced medicine in Kenya for eight years before US residency at the University of Kansas and cardiology fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. In September 2024 he walked past an $800,000 offer for lower pay and full autonomy over his own practice. He builds finishing systems for people whose lives look complete from the outside.

The change happened before the geography changed.
