The Body Covenant · 30 Days · Nairobi, 5:00am EAT
There is a kind of tired that sleep does not fix.
Wake up rested, and keep the habits that hold your energy all day.
You have been running your body like a rented car. Caffeine in, sleep out, meals at the desk, movement postponed to a Monday that never comes. The checkup numbers are “creeping,” the doctor said to watch them, and you translated that to later. Here is what I see from the other side of the stethoscope: in clinic, I regularly meet your future self, ten and fifteen years on. Most of what I treat at fifty-five was negotiable at forty. The body keeps honest books. The body has been extending you credit for years, and the statements have started arriving: the afternoon fatigue, the sleep that doesn’t restore, the pressure reading you didn’t expect.
TIMOKA is the Ekegusii verb to rest, restore, recover. Rest is not the reward for the work. Rest is the foundation under the work, and rebuilding rest is a discipline, not a holiday.
TIMOKA · to rest, restore, recover
30 days, live, 5:00am EAT
What this program is
A House of Mastery 30-day program: one covenant, taken seriously. The practice is daily, live at 5:00am EAT each weekday morning, thirty minutes on Zoom. The practice runs on ALCARRA, the weekly engine of the House: Awareness, Learning, Change, Action, Resilience, Reflection, Accountability. A live cohort asks what moved. The cohort asking is what makes a commitment hold. No group is open yet: join the waitlist by email and you hear first when a group opens.
The thirty days
Four weeks, one shape: Release, Diagnose, Engage, Finish.
Week One
Release
The audit, an honest ledger of sleep, fuel, movement, and load, no judgment, just the books.
Week Two
Diagnose
Your specific failure pattern, the one habit doing the most damage.
Week Three
Engage
The FORMS framework run daily, Fuel, Oxygen, Relate, Movement, Sleep, the lifestyle-medicine architecture of the Body covenant.
Week Four
Finish
Thirty days of kept practice and a body that has started keeping different books.
Who this program is for
For the professional whose body is sending early warnings and who wants a physician-built framework instead of another fad.
Who this program is not for
Not a replacement for medical care: keep your doctor, keep your medications, bring this alongside.

Board-certified cardiologist, Carle Health
Dr. Job Mogire

Day 30
What changes in 30 days
A restored sleep architecture, a daily movement and fuel pattern you actually keep, a measurable calm in the nervous system through daily breath practice, and the beginning of different numbers, built on a framework written by a cardiologist, not an influencer.

Questions, answered straight
Is this medical advice or treatment?
No. Energy That Lasts is an educational lifestyle program. The program replaces nothing your doctor prescribes, and anyone with a medical condition should continue their care unchanged.
Do I need to be unwell to join?
No. The best time is before the diagnosis, while the warnings are still warnings.
What is FORMS?
Fuel, Oxygen, Relate, Movement, Sleep: the lifestyle-medicine framework of the KOORA Body covenant.
Do I need equipment or a gym?
No. The framework runs on your real life: your kitchen, your street, your bedroom, your breath.
