The Craft Covenant · 30 Days · Nairobi, 5:00am EAT

You start strong. You stop before the end.

Choose one unfinished project. Finish the project, and show the finished project.

Somewhere on your laptop is a folder you avoid opening. The book at chapter eleven. The business plan that needed one more revision. The certification three modules from complete. The product that was almost ready to show someone. You run a demanding life at a high standard, and that is what makes the pattern so confusing. You start brilliantly. You build momentum. And somewhere near the end, something steps in: boredom wearing the costume of a better idea, fear wearing the costume of perfectionism. Every abandoned project costs more than the time. Every abandoned project teaches you, quietly, not to trust your own word. After enough abandoned projects, you stop announcing what you’re building. That silence is the real damage.

The last ten percent is not a productivity problem. The last ten percent is an identity problem: finishing exposes the work to judgment, and abandoning protects the dream at the price of the reality. KOORA is the Ekegusii verb to finish. KOORA is also the name of the House flagship, because finishing is the master skill underneath every other one.

KOORA · to finish

30 days, live, 5:00am EAT

What this program is

A House of Mastery 30-day program: one covenant, taken seriously. The practice is daily, live at 5:00am EAT each weekday morning, thirty minutes on Zoom. The practice runs on ALCARRA, the weekly engine of the House: Awareness, Learning, Change, Action, Resilience, Reflection, Accountability. A live cohort asks what moved. The cohort asking is what makes a commitment hold. No group is open yet: join the waitlist by email and you hear first when a group opens.

The thirty days

Four weeks, one shape: Release, Diagnose, Engage, Finish.

Week One

Release

Open the graveyard, name every unfinished thing, grieve them honestly, and choose the one.

Week Two

Diagnose

Find your specific abandonment pattern, where exactly you exit, and what the exit protects.

Week Three

Engage

The work itself, daily and scoped, with the cohort asking what moved.

Week Four

Finish

Ship the project, and show the finished project to the cohort that asked what moved.

Who this program is for

For builders, professionals, and creators with real unfinished work and a real cost attached.

Who this program is not for

Not for anyone shopping for another planning system. This program is not about plans. This program is about the finish line.

Day 30

What changes in 30 days

One real project, named on day one, taken all the way to done. And underneath the finished project, the thing that matters more: the restored experience of being a person whose word to himself holds.

Take the Craft Block Assessment

Questions, answered straight

What exactly do I finish?

One real project you name on day one: a manuscript, a launch, a certification, a build. You choose the project, and the cohort asks about your project until the project is done.

What if my project needs more than 30 days?

You scope a true finishable unit. Learning to cut a finish line into a large ambition is itself the skill.

Who asks about my project?

The cohort and a facilitator. You name the project in front of them on day one and show them the finished work at the end, and in between they ask what moved. Privacy protects abandonment. Someone who asks protects the finish.

How much time daily?

The Daily Reset is thirty minutes at 5:00am EAT, plus your own project hours, which you set on day one.
